These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and app provided by Refine Soccer Training ("Refine Soccer Training," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a session, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Refine Soccer Training provides soccer technical training, classes, private and small-group lessons, camps, and related programs in Kansas City and San Diego. Session availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change.
Sessions are booked through our scheduling system and may be paid by class pack, membership, or drop-in. Credits and passes are applied as sessions are booked and may carry expiration dates shown at purchase. Memberships bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy communicated at the time of purchase.
Please cancel in advance when you are unable to attend so the spot can be offered to others. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of the session credit.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive account and service text messages from Refine Soccer Training, including session reminders, schedule and roster updates, cancellations, booking confirmations, and account notifications. Marketing or promotional text messages, if offered, require a separate opt-in.
Participation in soccer training involves inherent physical risk. Participants (and their parent/guardian for minors) assume these risks and agree to the liability waiver provided during registration.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use our services lawfully and respectfully toward staff and other participants.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
